7:30 I requested that Jeremy take the boys out of the house somewhere so I could have a more peaceful morning than yesterday.
8:00 Ariel had a bottle. I tried to put her down, and she didn't like it, so I put her in the bjorn.
8:30 Transfered Ariel from bjorn to bed.
8:40 The boys came back home. Jeremy took Alex to preschool, Adam and I hung out.
9:30 Ariel woke up, so I figure it was a good time to have an adventure. We walked down to the mall. Tulip season is almost over, better hurry if you want to see them:

Ariel is wearing "business casual" today, so I put Adam in his outfit too:

Tulips!!!

11:00 Ariel had a bottle while Adam played on the statues.
While we were at the mall, I checked the shoe store for baby crocs. They were a bit loose on Adam, so I guess he's not getting any. I can find a better sandel at Kohl's. We also went to Art Mart and I looked at Glen Randell's work again. So pretty, but the cheapest thing I would want want $50 unframed.
11:30 Time to go home, we took the bus. Ariel did not like the bus much.
11:45 As we were walking down my street, I realized I didn't have Adam's sweater with me anymore (because of course he took it off). I went in complete panic mode, I would be devestated if I lost it. We quickly went back to the bus stop and there it was on the ground. So glad I didn't gave to go through the other scenarios I thought of on the way there - returning to the mall bus stop, contacting RTD lost and found, taking out an ad in the paper. Geez, I better write a phone number in the sweater before we take it out in public again.
12:00 Ariel was asleep in the bjorn and transfered to the bed.
12:40 Go pick Alex up from school.
1:30 Since we were out and about. it just made good logical sense to stop at Crissy's. Adam fell asleep in the car.
1:45 Crissy gave Ariel her bottle.
Then Crissy thought it would be fun for Ariel to sit in the laundry basket again:

She had a good time, but it made her spit up too much so we had to move her.
Here's my Crissy story of the day. See this cool tractor?:

Crissy and I both noticed out at the curb in front of her neighbors house. Now, about her neighbors, they are a bit more wealthy then the general neighborhood. Crissy and I like spying on them, they do wacky things. Like get limos to pick their dogs up from the vet, or take their kids skiiing. I'm sure Crissy has more stories, I don't get too see too much. Anyway, so Crissy eyed that tractor for a few days, sure it was destined for the trash. After a few days, she finally decided just to go over and get it (and she did ask the neighbor, who said it was trash, and she was welcome to it). And the kids love it - played with it all day.
2:30 Ariel went down for a nap.
3:45 Ariel woke up. We thought it was too close to pick up time to feed her.
4:20 Pick up time (and we finally went home too).
Now, there was some question to who Mr. Whiney McWhine-Whine is. Well, he looks a lot like this:

And no, there's nothing wrong with him, he's just two.

Even though I insist that Ariel DOES have hair, her head looks *awfully* shiny.
Maybe I am mistaken??
I just wanted to add that I had to do some REAL fixing up to get the tractor in condition you see it in today. My neighbors put it in the trash for a good reason, it didn't steer or pedal. I made sure my kids understand that this toy is only for this house it will NOT move with us. Wendy will you want it when we move? It is bigger then it looks in this picture!
Becky... Of course Ariel has hair. It just must be the lighting. I think her hair is really coming in now (it is very short of course). So you're not the only one who who believes she has hair.
She has NO hair!!!!
(And Crissy, about the tractor, I would have taken it too. I just wouldn't have waited as long as you did. And yes, we'd love to have it when you move :) )
So, where is Crissy moving to? :)
Debbie - know one knows.... Mr. Crissy has not found a job yet. All they know is their lease is up in September and Mr. Crissy's job is up in October.
Crissy and I are of course crossing our fingers that they'll stay in Boulder, but they really could end up anywhere (though I believe Boston is now out).
Crissy might be moving away from Boulder???
Your fabulous adventures would not be nearly so fabulous...
And Ariel would miss her.
AND TWO OF US THINK ARIEL HAS HAIR, WENDY YOU ARE OVERRULED.
