That's what Jeremy said to me this morning. See, around midnight last night, Jeremy went into Alex's room for what he thought was a routine bathroom call. But before he knew what was happening, Alex was screaming in a way the likes have not been seen since The Exorcist. Jeremy was still pretty much asleep, so it took a while for him to react and get the heck out of there. When I went in, Alex told me, "Daddy is mean. He put me in the fireplace and shot fire at me." Yikes. Talk about a nightmare. And the he asked for more water, went potty and went back to sleep. And then this morning, Adam woke up early AGAIN and erupted into terradactyl screams AGAIN when Jeremy tried to remove him. No wonder I'm completely drained at the end of the day.
7:05 Drop off.
7:30 4oz bottle.
8:15 Nap in bed
9:15 Crissy called to see what I was doing today. I told her that I was planning on going to Mike's Camera's tent sale. Big surprise, she was planning on going too! And thus a Fabulous Plan™ was born.
9:30 We met at Mike's Camera. I had been given permission by Mike's to exchange my camera prize for a lens. Crissy window shopped while the boys munched on free popcorn. My free camera ended up only costing me $199. What a bargain! (I got a Canon 28-200 USM lens).
10:10 Step Two of Fabulous Plan™ - Starbucks of course. We broke tradition and went to the one in Target. I got a java chip frappachino, and you know what Crissy got.
10:20 Ariel had a 4 oz bottle
10:45 We did more window shopping at Target. We were thisclose to buying Ariel shoes or garter belt handbands (so people would know the poor bald baby was a girl). We we decided nothing was cute enough for our little Ariel.
11:30 Step Three of Fabulous Plan™ - the mall.
12:15 We got to the mall and got pizza at the food court.
12:45 We wanted to go to Old Navy, but first we had to find some bribe food for the kids. We ended up getting some very over-priced M&Ms from the candy store (but so worth it, they really worked). We were again looking for Ariel and not finding anything cute enough. Old Navy was all around disappointing, there was nothing good on clearance for us either.
1:00 We were on the way to Payless so Crissy could return the fake Crocs she bought for her boys (and were nixed by Mr. Crissy), when we were stopped by the mall consumer guy who asked if we wanted to sample scrambled eggs for $15. Heck yeah!
1:15 Ariel had her bottle, while I did my very involved scrambled egg taste test. We were pretty sure that one was real eggs and one was egg beaters. Can you tell the difference?

I spent a very long 15 minutes pondering scrambled eggs in ways I had never before even imagined:

There were about 30 questions on each sample and therefore the taste test was pretty involved. Crissy and I both were cracking up on the aroma questions (here's me smelling my eggs):

But it was all worth it for my very exciting check for $15 (which Crissy and I pink swore to spend frivously)!!!

2:00 We headed outside so the boys could play in the sand. We figured we had tortured them enough today.
2:40 Time to go home.
3:00 Home. Adam slept in the car while I tried out my new camera lens.

The lens is much heavier than my old one, but I love that I got this all the way accross the yard:

3:20 Ariel had another bottle.
3:55 Pick up.
I was playing around with some black and white tonight:
