Sept. 11, 2006

Well, today was kinda a poopy day, both literally and figuratively. Ariel pooped 3 times today, thought I do believe if her system ran a bit smoother it would have only been once. And I didn't have my game on, so no pictures today. I was still bummed that my camera had dust on it, but I finally cleaned it tonight so Wednesday should be picturerific.

7:10 Drop off. Breakfast of pears and pinapples and cheerios. I always think that Ariel eats a ton of cheerios, then I get her out of the highchair and I find them everywhere but in her. But really, I think a few make it down her throat.

8:30 Nap

8:40 Jeremy took Alex to school, in his jammies. Alex had had a 15 minute warning that it was time to go, and he didn't get dressed. So I sent his clothes with him in a bag, and Jeremy changed him in the parking lot. It sounded like it was pretty traumatic for both of them, I think Alex will remember to get dressed on Wednesday.

9:30 Wake up, bottle

10:30 After conferring with Crissy, it seemed like a good idea to leave the house.

11:15 After running a few errands (like personally running my Netflix discs to the post office, must have more Lost! and picking up pictures) we met Crissy at the camera store. I had fun looking but didn't buy anything. I did find a portrait workshop this weekend that I'm going to do. I'm finally going to learn about lights!

11:45 Go to Safeway for Jamba Juice. And I'm embarrassed to say, donuts as well. I almost never eat donuts, but I had been craving them so I finally gave in. Adam had a donut too, or rather to top sprinkly part of one. Ariel just had mixed vegetables and another bottle.

12:35 Didn't have anywhere else to go, so we headed over to Alex's preschool. Adam played with the toy tables that we never have time for normally.

1:00 Pick up Alex.

1:30 Home. Ariel had fallen asleep in the car, I left her in the carseat while I tried to get Adam asleep.

2:15 *I* could have fallen asleep, but Adam didn't and Ariel woke up, so it was party time again.

2:25 Another bottle.

3:30 Ariel seemed really tired and grumpy, but she wouldn't go down for another nap.

4:30 Pick up.
