I went running this morning, and it was actually promising for the first time in a while. I timed another 5k and came in at 32:30 (5.7 mph). Maybe I *can* actually improve. I came home and did 45 minutes of strength training on top of that, then Ariel and I showered.

And then, Lilianna came over for a playdate. Here's one of the more peaceable moments when they weren't fighting over any toys:





And of course, Aiden came too. He's 3 months old now:



The playdate lasted until it was time to get Adam. Then we went to the store and sampled a lot of cheese. Really good cheese. The kids wanted apples and cheese for lunch, but didn't eat much. Ariel went down for a nap around 1:00, woke up at 3:30.

And the house is more trashed today than it's been in a very long time.
