I started out today with a run and my strength training. Then Hannah came over for her
For some reason, whenever Hannah got near the backdrop she freaked out and started crying. I have no idea why.

Eventually I made enough monkey noises to distract her and I got a few decent ones. But I didn't get nearly the variety I usually do, she cried every time I tried to move her. But I didn't take it too personally, I have done at least 50 session where this didn't happen.

Ariel had a pretty boring day. She worked out with me, and took a walk outside with Grandpa when Hannah was here. Then we showered, picked up Adam and went to the grocery store. Friday at lunch is a good time to visit, there are lots of cheese samples. The kids liked almost everything, though I don't think they would try the stilton combo again. There was also roasted red pepper hummus, which Ariel did not like.
We came home and had lunch and our regularly scheduled bickering. They got it all out during lunch and they played together so well in the afternoon that I let them play too long. I was working on a silent auction gift certificate. Yes, you could bid on this at next weekend's JCC Reflections party. That is, if you are cool enough to be there. I'll be cool enough, with my date Ellen. Jeremy was pretty horrified at the idea of the party, I'm still not sure if it was Cocktail Attire or Room Full of Jews that got him.

I didn't put Ariel down until 2:30 and she was pretty wound up by then. But she did go to sleep pretty quickly.
