Everyone but Jeremy and I went home Saturday. Jeremy didn't want to ride again Sunday and I had a two hour run. Because the Courage Classic was riding from Copper Mountain to Breckenridge on the bike trail, I needed to find a new spot to run. Jeremy suggested Tiger Run road and it was pretty good. The way out was all up hill, but not up the side of a mountain. The way back was a great downhill and I would have really enjoyed it if I had not made the bonehead decision to wear new shoes for this adventure (post forthcoming). My calves got very sore from the new shoes, but I was able to run at a lower heart rate than ever before, averaging 130 bpm. Of course, I was also averaging 12:00 minute miles with walk breaks but it was at 9600 ft.
The way back to town with views of the Tenmile Range (that's Ten Mile, not tenmilé, as I first thought when I saw it as one word. What? There's a lot of Spanish named peaks around here):

Totals for the week:
Swim: 8585 yards
Bike: 118 miles
Run: 21.75 miles
Total: 14:45
