New bird of the day, Mourning Dove:

6:50 Thank you again to Becky for coming early so I could run. I actually had a very nice 30 minute jog, it finally hurts the way it's suppose and not in any extra sorts of ways.

7:25 Got back home, Becky left for work.

7:45 Breakfast - just bogurt.

8:30 Left for camp. It stopped raining yesterday afternoon so we could take bikes again. I already had the tagalog attached to my bike so it seemed easier at the time to attach the trailer to the tagalong and have a mini-train. Seemed easier, as it just made for a very heavy load. I know Alex is not doing much to help me since it was easier on the way back when his 36 lbs butt wasn't back there doing nothing.

9:05 Got home and dashed back out in the car to Kangaroo Kingdom where we met Rachel and Lilianna.

Ariel had a typically good time, minus a head bonking incident with a fellow toddler. Much screaming ensued by both parties, but was soon forgotten. Here's the only picture I got off before my battery died.

Ariel is wearing a bandaid just like Alex's. Just. Like. Alex's. She has no owie there, she just must assume it's the latest fashion, if Alex the Cool is doing it.

11:00 Left the Kingdom of Kangaroos for Alex's camp.

11:28 Arrived at camp (at touch late) for the end of session Magic Show. His camp was called Science Magic and each kid performed a trick. Alex's trick was taking a heated aluminum can and putting it in cold water, where it was crushed with no hands.

12:00 This week's camp is over, time to go home.

12:20 Home and lunch. Ariel had some sauce and string cheese and more goldfish.

12:45 Went to put Ariel down and realized that there wasn't a pullup in the diaper bag. I tore my house (and cars) apart looking for a diaper or pullup, but no luck. I even went down to the house on the corner where 1 year old Levi lives to beg a diaper, but he wasn't home. So I took a gamble and put her down sans pullup.

While Ariel napped, I mowed the lawn. Just so Jeremy won't have to this weekend. Awwww.

3:30 Ariel woke up. Not dry. I went back to the diaper bag and found two shirts and no shorts. Ariel didn't care. She was still in fine form to take on Darth Vadar. She looks like the underdog, but she's actually Yoda so it was more evenly matched than it seems. She got Alex in the face pretty good:

4:00 Pick up.

And if everything goes well (aka, no missed connections) Jeremy should be home tomorrow evening. Yay!!!

very cute pic of the kids playing starwars. Love the story about the band aid just like Alex's. May have to try the heated can in cold water. That sounds cool.
