7:15 Drop off one Ariel.
7:30 Breakfast - yogurt and a bit of oatmeal.
8:30 Jeremy took today off so he stayed home with the boys. Ariel and I dashed out to run a few errands. We went to the post office, then did a two-cookie shopping trip.
9:45 Got home. Jeremy put away the groceries while I made sack lunches for our Adventure of the Day...
Wings Over the Rockies airplane museum!
I can see why Jeremy likes this place. It's in an old airplane hanger so it's big, dark, cool and VERY empty on a weekday. Ariel was VERY enthusiastic about the trip.

Alex made a space station out of k'nex because, gosh, we don't have anything like this at home.
Ariel figured out this planet puzzle and could put all the balls on their labels. If she got stuck, I could say, "Uranus is over by Pluto" and she could go from there:
12:30 We had a picnic lunch outside the museum. Ariel ate a tiny bit of sandwich, 5 grapes and a few goldfish. And mostly looked like this at lunch:
2:00 Got home. Ariel was asleep and transfered to bed.
3:45 Ariel woke up from her nap. She saw the swim towels in the bathroom and insisted on putting on her Ariel swimsuit even though I told her there was no swimming in her future.
4:30 Becky picked up one irate Ariel who finally realized that she was, in fact, not going swimming.

Much screaming ensued for an additional 20 min after I picked her up. And then another blackout at home. By about 5:30 she was fine and pleasant the rest of the night. Oh. Lord.
