Alex: Mommy, are you a breeding adult?
Me: Uh... no.
Alex: But you have two juveniles.
Me: Yup, and that's all I need so I'm done breeding.
Alex: Oh. Gabriel's mom is pregnant. Is she a breeding adult?
Me: Uh...
Who knew all this bird business would lead to such, uh, birds and the bees business?
Anyway, onto Monday.
7:something Drop off. I was not here, I was off doing my long run. While I was able to get a baby sitter for Saturday's workout, it didn't seem worth it to get another one for Sunday, so I moved Sunday's run to today. And today was my second workout with my new heart rate monitor and it's a bit humbling. First, I'm slower than I thought I was, and second, my heart is working harder than I think it should. Although, really it's just confirming what I already know - I'm not a good runner!
8:20 Got home to a very excited Ariel, it's her first day of school. I got her to eat 1/2 an organic poptart from Jeremy's camping stash.
8:35 Time to leave for school, here's the obligatory first day of school pictures:

9:00 Got to school and Mommy was there too.

We could barely get Ariel to say goodbye she was so eager to get playing. No anxiety for this one.

While Ariel was in school, I showered, ate my hobbit breakfast #2 and went to the grocery store with Adam.
1:30 Ellen brought Ariel back home. My second hand report of Ariel's day. "She didn't have an accident, she got angry twice (that one is a pistol) but it was quickly resolved and she had a good day."
2:40 Picked up Alex from school.
Ariel nap
4:00 Pick up.
