7:10 Drop off. Bogurt (apparently the vanilla baby is not as good) and oatmeal.
8:35 Tried to leave early for stroller class but just couldn't pull it together. But we got there on time and that's always nice.
9:00 Stroller class. The kids all got to play at the dinosaurs for a bit during class. Ariel fell of a dino and came running to me, "Dee-Dee, dinosaur HIT me." Awww.
And a few potty stops. Remember that pathetic picture from March 4th? Just look how far we've come (and yes, those are spiderman undies and tappy shoes)!

10:30 After class I did a completely random thing and got an iced coffee from Nordstroms. It was not bad, and very different than Starbucks. They used fat free milk but it was much more creamy than a lite frappachino. You know, FYI.
Then we had dessert at the crepe place. I restrained myself to one today. I tried the s'mores and it was a bit too sweet. Ariel is still afraid of them so more for me and Alex.
And during lunch Ariel told us she had to pee and I ran her to the bathroom and she peed A LOT. I was very impressed that there was no accident.
11:45 Got home, Ariel was awake. I put her down for a nap and she didn't go to sleep. She peeped a lot, but not sad peeping.
1:30 Finally, sad peeping. I went in and Ariel announced, "I pooped." Yes, she did. In her pull up. And then she took her pull up off and was attempting to climb out of the pack and play. But the poop was nice and solid and she didn't attempt to clean it up so there was minimal mess. I was surprised she needed to poop again, she had gone before we went to the mall. Anyway, nap time was over for Ariel.
She joined Adam and I in making chocolate chip cookies. I used a new Mrs. Field's recipe that I pulled from the paper and I must say I'm very impressed. I think the key is to put the dough back into the refrigerator between batches so it doesn't get warm. All the cookies turned out plump and chewy, usually my last batch is flat and crispy. And the recipe says to back 20-22 minutes but I found 25 minutes seemed best.
Waiting for the cookies (25 minutes is a lot longer than the 9-11 of the Toll House recipe):

We are so excited!

Mmmmmm, cookie:

2:35 Picked Alex up from school. He came out with a seemingly random note about head injuries and concussions and no explanation. I asked him if everyone got that note and he said no, just him and Riley. Because they bumped heads and got an icepack. You might think such a thing might be jotted down on the head injury flier but you would be wrong.
3:25 Left to take a meal to a new mommy from stroller class. She got half a creamy spinach lasagna, strawberry spinach salad and fresh chocolate chip cookies. See, there was a method to my madness.
3:28 Got to the light at the end of my street and realized that while I had three kids in the car, I did not have a bag of food. Glad I figured that out earlier rather than later.
4:00 Dropped food off. Ariel used Nicholas' bathroom too.
4:15 We were down by Ariel's house so I just dropped her off at home with Daddy.

The food all sounds yummy. Now I am hungry. and since when are you training for the bolder boulder and not asking anyone else if they want to join you?
I'm hurt.
Can I just tell you how much it makes me laugh when you go to stroller class and then go get dessert somewhere? LOL You are my kind of girl!
Ironically did you notice that she is wearing the same shirt in both those pictures? Heh.
