Extra: Passover Extravaganza

It's that special time of year when my family gathers for the sacred ritual of Passover Seder. And as usual, our gathering was extra sacred and extra special. I upgraded our Hagadahs from the ancient King James version (copyright 1880) that has been in our family for generations to one written in real English. And lo, many amusing things happened.

As per tradition, my dad freaked out when my mom used the hand mixer.

Becky had a very close call with the passover candle (yes, single candle, it's a long story).

We practiced our best table manners.

I took 25 pictures of the four cousins and this is the best of the bunch:

Due to strategic positioning in a raspberry patch using the camera timer, this is the best 2 of 3 pictures:

Hannah Banana:

Ariel, busying enjoying the only part of the meal she ate - DESSERT!

And here's a special video to capture just a tiny bit that is my family. (And, I want to make it very clear that I am in NO WAY chortling at the fact that my grandfather died from complications from emphysema. I just love how my grandmother tells it like it is. So take that Carl and quit those cancer sticks!)

And after some very specific instructions (go 4 steps straight, turn left, go 3 more steps, look down) Alex found the afikomen.

You and your sisters sound a lot alike... your voices are very similar. :)
