7:30 Breakfast - blueberries and hot cereal.
7:40 I took the boys swimming. It went MUCH better than yesterday. Yesterday, Alex hid until it was time to go, cried all the way there and then wouldn't get his swimsuit on. So he had to do the lesson in his jammies, which didn't bother him nearly as much as I thought it would. Adam did well, I got in the water with him and helped him swim with his arms tucked in the wetsuit so he had to use his legs.
So today, Adam was actually kicking and had a good day. And Alex did really well. No complaining and he got right into his swimsuit. And most of his lesson was in the deep end and he did fine. He was apprehensive, but eventually did everything he was asked to do. I think we are getting to the end of our lesson time and soon will move to a weekly class. Yay!
8:30 Jeremy met us at the pool. He said he took Ariel to Whole Foods to buy bread and yogurt. And since he forgot to bring the boys waffles, he brought chocolate croissants. He also said Ariel really liked the fish tank, which was very cool because you have to make some effort so see the fish tank and that means Jeremy made effort. Awwwww.
8:50 Got home.
10:00 We did a bike/walk session with Ellen. You can read (and see) about that here.
12:00 Since everyone survived the bike/walk, we treated them to Jamba Juice.
Ariel has a crush on Ted, her new favorite person. But poor Ted is sad because his mom only bought him a smoothie and not chips:

And Ellen was very happy to see how VERY cute Ariel looks in Mae's handmedowns:

Ariel enjoyed her juice, that is until she poked a hole in the bottom and I had to throw it away.
After Jamba Juice we got bagels. Ariel gnawed on a mini bagel but didn't eat much.
1:00 After lunch we brought our love to the bike store so Ellen could figure out why her stroller wheel went flat again and I could get a new tire for my stroller.
2:00 We all went to Ellen's. I gave Ellen a quick bike tire changing tutorial, and she very nicely watched the kids while I went for a walk to get in the other 2 miles of my training walk.
3:40 Ellen took Ted to his swimming class, along with my kids (so they could watch the class) and Ariel (so Becky could pick Ariel up in Boulder instead of Superior). I stayed and watched Mae and Sam, which was very easy because they were sleeping.
4:15 Becky picked up Ariel from the pool.
