7:15 Drop off. Is Becky late if it's consistent?

7:30 Breakfast - apricots and waffles.

8:00 Changed a poopy.

9:10 Left for PALS. Alex didn't have school today because of parent/teacher conferences.

9:30 Got to school. Alex went to play with Ted and all the other kids whose parents were in conferences. I took Adam, Ariel and Mae (Ellen was selling raffle tickets to benefit a CF fundraiser for two brothers at the preschool) to PALS.

PALS was ok. The regular teacher called in sick and the backup teacher was babysitting the conference kids, so the parents had to go it alone.

10:30 I took charge and led the Shabbat blessings and the challah distribution. And then I even read some books and sand some Shabbat songs. Go me!

11:00 We had Alex's conferences. All is good, he's ready for kindergarten. He's had a good year and has come out of his shell. He's a follower but friends with everyone. The only part that sounded like him was that he's not good with clean up time.

11:30 After I was done, Ellen and I went to our normal lunch place, but with 6 kids instead of 3. It did not go well. First, because when Ariel was sitting at the table she was either freaking out or reaching for everything and making a mess, I put her on the floor. She stayed between our table and the wall and finished Sam's chocolate milk. But then our waiter told me his manager said she had to be sitting down so no one spilled coffee on her head.

Eating time was ok. The boys were noisy and we had trouble with some (ok mine) disappearing under the table. Ariel ate a bit of pancake and some potato, but was pretty uninterested in food.

Leaving was the worst. There's a hallway between the dining rooms that Ariel and Mae like to walk up and down because it's sloped. So while Ellen and I paid the bill, we had 6 shrieking kids running up and down. The manager was freaking out, trying to tell us she had other customers and basically kicking us out.

Very sad for all of us :( I don't think that we can do eating out with the 6 kids anymore, it's too crazy.

1:00 Drove home, Ariel fell asleep.

1:30 Home - Ariel napped and the boys helped me clean Alex's room.

3:30 Ariel woke up. I fed her some sweet potatoes and yogurt.

4:00 Pick up.

No pictures today. Too tired.
