7:05 Drop off. Awake, not happy. I tried to hold her off a bit for her bottle. Uncle Jeremy even held her for a bit.

7:40 Bottle and zantac

8:20 After a bit of fussing, I got her down for a nap.

8:50 Adam demanded to take a nap too (well, he did get up at 6:00). I offered my bed as Ariel was in his, but Oh No that was not were he goes Night Night. Since his screaming was bound to wake up Ariel, I tried moving her to the crib and getting him down in his bed.

9:00 They were both pretty awake, and I was realizing the chances of ME getting a nap were virtually zero, and that being the case we went to Starbucks.

9:15 Starbucks. Also took Adam around in the truck cart, while we picked up a few things, like some tylenol for Ariel, in case it looked like she needed some today because of her shots.

10:00 Wandered over to Michael's with my 40% off coupon. I did pretty well, some sale yarn and a new bracelet toggle, all for under $5. Ariel was napping during this part. I didn't have Adam in the cart, so I spent most of the time making sure he didn't wander off too far or break anything. He did pretty good, though he left his bag of goldfish/shredded wheat somewhere and I never did find it.

11:00 Got home, bottle.

11:25 Thought Ariel had a poopy, but she was just wet. Something smelled though, so I gave her a sponge bath and changed her clothes. Then I washed the pacifier leash really well, I think that did the trick.

11:35 Adam was having an irrational break-down due to a lego Scoop, so I loaded the two of them back in the car and did some errands like picking up Becky's pictures and going through the bank drive though. Adam fell asleep and then by the time we got to Alex's preschool, Ariel was asleep too.

12:20 Got to Alex's preschool. I sat in the car and knitted while the babies napped.

1:05 Babies woke up when an loud airplane flew over as I was loading Alex in the car.

1:25 Got to Crissy's house. Crissy took over Ariel for a while, while I helped make lunch.

1:45 Crissy fed bottle.

2:45 Go home - Ariel had been fussing a bit but fell asleep in the car.

3:15 Started waking up. I didn't have my camera today when I was out, so I snapped a few pictures. I think this is one of the worst pictures I've taken of Ariel (quality wise) but I love her sleepy stretch.



3:25 Finally post my blog entry today. I hope Becky's finger isn't sore from fruitless refreshing all day. Sorry.

3:55 It's a blessed miracle that I got through today without drugs. I was thisclose to giving Ariel tylenol for her shots. But she was never really bad and she's never had it before. And I was thinclose to giving Adam motrin, because he's either teething or undergoing some sort of demonic posession. I don't know if motrin helps with demons, but I'm sure it can't hurt. And in dealing with those two, I was thisclose to taking some sort of drug myself, but that would be irresponsible and possibly illegal, so I limited myself to a Starbucks. Thank god it's almost 4:30.

4:25 Pick up. Ariel was asleep in the bjorn. Don't remember when I put her there or when she fell asleep. I really sucked at this blog thing today.
