7:15 Breakfast - waffles
9:15 Left for PALS
9:30 PALS - The usual blocks, goop, slide, mess.
10:15 Left Ariel and Adam at PALS and Alex and I headed out. First we went to the new secret post office and then I dropped Alex off at camp.
And since 9:00, I was having my broccoli tummy ache. All I had for breakfast was coffee, eggs, raspberries and blueberries. I was baffled, I eat this stuff all the time and am normally fine. And then I remembered that I was having the bright-eyed and blueberried smoothie at Jamba Juice and that gave me a tummy ache. So I think that now, in addition to broccoli, bananas and avocado, I can't eat blueberries. This is a major bummer.
11:00 Got back to PALS. The class had moved outside with popsicles.
11:45 Left PALS, stopped by Jamba Juice. We had to eat and run and I have learned for the last time that Ariel cannot have Jamba Juice in the car. She squeezed the styrofoam cup and it leaked all over her. She was a complete mess - sand in hair, goop and paint on her shirt, popsicle and Jamba Juice down her front.
12:20 Picked up Alex a tad late.
12:30 Got home. Ariel had fallen asleep in the car.
So here is Alex's $95 cardboard rocket. This is what they spent the majority of their time working on in camp. At least every kid got to make one. Oh, and he did get to see a planetarium show today that was not the mind numbing Kids in Space. And he came home with a baggie of "space food" - tang, dried fruit and M&Ms and "dried up cow." I put the beef jerky aside for Jeremy.

Here's his high tech telescope. You should see the rocket's computer, it's an egg carton.

Adam had to get in the game too, so he squeezed himself into the new pool box.

4:00 Ariel slept until Becky arrived. Becky tried my coffee, she said it was good. That's a high compliment.
Oh, and for dad's amusement, I lost my keys today. I took them to the car and then remembered I had a second trip and went back into the house. And now I don't know where my keys are. But I'm sure they will turn up :) And like I reminded Becky, I hardly never loose any kids, that has to count for something, right?
Update: I did find my keys. Turns out that when I walked the boys yesterday in the stroller, I put the keys there. Jeremy was home when I got home so I didn't take them out to unlock the door. They were there all along. Go me!

Thanks for the electric pump idea! Hours of fun in the backyard tonight!
So, worth $95? At least it'll provide hours of fun playing 'outer space,' right?
I was able to get all the goop, juice, etc out of her outfit :P
