7:00 Drop off

7:15 Breakfast - oatmeal

9:00 Left for PALS (stopping at Starbucks on the way, of course)

9:30 PALS - A nice and quiet day. Ariel missed Mae-Mae, who is in Chicago this week. There was only one other friend today, Nate.

Ariel really likes music time:

Here she is doing Head Shoulders Knees and Toes (and eyes and EARS and mouth and nose)

Nate decided she needed a chair and Ariel obliged. Nate's mom Julie thought she was pretty funny, sitting so primly with her skit perfectly billowed.

Miss Renee even let them play the guitar during Wheels on the Bus

And I missed the bim-bom hands, but Ariel nailed the first clap in Shabbat Shalom:

Then we went outside and had the usual business of popsicles and water hoses.

11:30 Left PALS

12:00 Got home, Ariel was asleep in her diaper.

1:45 Ariel woke up. I was hoping for another 3 1/2 hour nap today, I had plans. I had dried her dress outside. Good thing, because I didn't see a spare outfit in the diaper bag.

Ariel had lunch - yogurt and not much bread.

So, before we went to PALS, Ariel misplaced her pacifier. We left without it and she was fine. There was one point during class that she was asking for it, but I distracted her with full access to my purse (she used up all my kleenex) and she was fine.

I spent a LOT of time looking for it this afternoon with no luck. Ariel was NOT happy about this. And logic and common sense are wasted on her.

2:45 We left to run some super fun errands such as 1) looking for my lost camelback water bottle (logic and common sense are a bit wasted on me too). It was NOT at the photo store where I thought I had left it. 2) Buying wine. 3) Quick Michael's trip to buy more blank note cards for a soon to be MS Walk mass mailing. Ariel was fine in the car (we sang twinkle twinkle little star) and suitably distracted in the stores. And I'll keep my eye out for the missing nuk, but I have a feeling it disappeared into the nuk black hole that the previous one is still missing in.

3:40 Dropped Ariel off at Becky's work.

I'm glad she has so much fun at PALS.

(And since you didn't update the blog, I'm glad you found the nuk and your water bottle)
