8:00 Ariel had showed up at my house wearing a cute Grandma-made romper that was a tad too large. So I used my Martha Stewart-like secret powers and moved the shoulder buttons up 2" so Ariel's clothes wouldn't fall off. Hey, don't laugh, she ran out of her shorts a couples times yesterday.
8:30 Down for a nap
9:45 Wake up
10:15 Left for an errand. I really need to get another pair of walking shoes before the MS walk in a *gulp* week. I stopped by my old stand-by from my running days, Runner's Choice, only to find that it had closed and a "fine linen" store had taken its place.
10:45 Met Ellen at Starbucks at the mall.
12:30 Stopped by the YMCA to get a catalog. See below. Alex was funny, when we pulled into the parking lot he said he had been to a swimming pool like this with Grammie in Colorado Springs, he recognized the Y symbol. Smart boy.
1:00 The boys last swim class with Miss Judy. She raised her rates for the fall and we just can't afford her anymore. I'm looking into other options, one of which might just be going to the pool once a week and making sure they do real swimming.
1:45 Got home. Lunch - Ariel had mac&cheese and yogurt and no fresh cantaloupe.
2:20 Ellen and Ted came over after Ted's swim lesson. The boys all played nicely together. Ariel amused herself. Funny that she's at my house with boy toys all the time but spent today pushing a baby in a stroller and carrying a purse.

I have a high school senior session on Saturday and I was glad to see my 50mm lens works just fine on non-moving objects. Ariel, not so much. Ellen looks tired.

3:15 Took Ariel's 21 month pictures. I was only able to take 10 before she pulled the backdrop down, but I think I did ok. Especially since she wouldn't stay in one spot for longer than a second. Pictures are here.
4:00 Put on Robots so I could proof Ariel's pictures.
4:30 Pick up.

Sorry to hear about the running shoe store. Any luck at the YMCA?
Wendy, I think one of those running shoe stores is in the outdoor mall at Flatirons.
