Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Mine was busy. Saturday morning, Ellen and I walked a 22 mile training walk in preparation for our MS 50 mile walk later this month. Speaking of which, I'm still a bit short of my fundraising goal so if you were thinking of sponsoring me, I'd mightily appreciate it. 7:00 Drop off.

Breakfast - Ariel chose hot cereal today.

And then the boys wanted their costumes out and so of course Ariel wanted one too. It looked like Halloween or a Japanese B-rated monster movie here this morning:



8:30 Ariel went down for a nap.

10:00 Woke Ariel up, we left for our adventure of the day, the Res. As in Boulder Reservoir, the closest thing to a beach around here. Alex has a kid's triathlon there Saturday and Ellen and I wanted the boys to see the lake before the big day.

We had the boys race across the swim section. The mostly ran. That's what they'll probably do Saturday, but at least we know they'll be fine:



12:30 Left the Res.

1:00 Home for lunch - yogurt and mac & cheese and no grapes.

2:00 Changed another messy poopy.

2:45 Super fun trip to the grocery store. Super fun.

4:30 Pick up.
