7:25 I went for a run. See that image over on the right hand column? That Bolder Boulder or Bust one? Yeah, I think bust is more likely. My knees were killing me last week so I skipped two runs. Today felt ok but I only did two miles. On Sunday I plan on doing 3 miles instead of the 4 1/2 the training program calls for. I don't think anything is wrong with my shoes or stride, I think I just started running after a 2 1/2 year break and didn't do it as carefully as I could have. I also think I might just be a cyclist. Too bad my husband is such a good cyclist that we can never ride together again. He just got his upgrade to Cat 3 so congratulate him the next time you see him.
7:50 Back from my run, all three kids seemed to still be in good health.
9:00 Ariel and I took a shower.
9:30 Went to Ashleigh from stroller class' baby shower.
Here's baby Ariel in the swing.

And Alex watching Ashleigh unwrap our present. She got a pack of diapers in a receiving blanket with a hand knit hat. That's what I always give at baby showers.

Oh yeah, Alex would normally be in school but kindergarteners had the day off. Again. Thankfully Alex was very well behaved at the part. He ate a bunch of chocolate covered strowberries and read "Is your Mama a Llama?" with me. Ariel did less well. She ate the chocolate off of one strawberry and had a small accident. This has not been a good potty week, thus far she's had accidents 3 of 4 days.
11:30 Adam pick up.
11:45 Got home and put Ariel down for a nap.
2:00 Ariel woke up. With a dry pull up, that's something.
2:15 Post nap lunch/snack. One tiny bite of strawberry, string cheese and cheddar bunnies.
3:30 Went to Whole Foods to buy salmon for dinner. Ariel got very attached to the idea of buying fish and insisted the package go into her tiny stroller. And then was very mad that she couldn't hold the fish on the way home or be around for the cooking. I think if she could have she would have taken the whole stuffed red snapper next to our salmon with her, at least you could tell that one had been alive. She looked at it and said, "Ohhhh, sleeping."
4:00 Pick up.

I'm sorry you're hurting. what a bummer. I'm sure I'll be hurting tomorrow after my epic bike ride! (unless I chicken out, of course.)
