7:20 Got back home, Becky went to work.
Breakfast - one spoonful of yogurt and a few rice chex.
7:55 Walked Alex to school.
8:05 Drove Adam to school on time.
8:15 Got home. Ariel and I had a very mellow morning. I finally got an email from Jeremy. He is in Bangalore. I was in the shower when he called and he said something about "India is really crazy and I just got back from a cricket match." And he sent a picture (with no description, of course). It appears to have been taken from inside a vehicle.
10:00 Ariel and I embarked on our great adventure of the day, Home Depot. I needed to get another bag of bird seed. Our family is loving the feeder. We mostly have finches, sparrows and chickadees (and messy big black birds) but in the 3 weeks we've put it up more and more birds are finding it. And the squirrels are not getting into it which is nice because if they were I'd probably take it down.
At Home Depot we also looked at the flowers, the grills, the lights and fans, the riding mowers and the fountains. And then in what I thought was a case of Toddler Tourret Syndrome Ariel walked up to an employee and said, "I want a Mickey Mouse sticker." I had to translate and to my amazement the employee pulled out Mickey Mouse stickers from her apron. You learn something new every day.
11:10 Stopped by Adam's school early so I could sign his contract and give a deposit for next year. That was due last Wednesday. I'll just blame Jeremy on this one.
11:30 Picked up Adam.
11:40 Got home. Ariel had very little mac & cheese for lunch.
12:00 Down for nap.
2:30 Had to wake Ariel.
2:35 Alex pick up. We stayed and played again today.
3:45 Got home. We went straight to the back yard so I could weed and refill the bird feeder.
4:30 Pick up.

So apparently the parents do in fact read the blog once in a while. Heh. Ariel seems to be getting the plague as well, hopefully she will be back in peak partying performance for Saturday.
